Our boxes contain a mix of mince, roasting joints and steaks - a typical 4kg box contains a roasting joint, a portion of mince and mouth-wateringly good steaks.
Each box is uniquely put together so please note that the exact combination of cuts will be different depending on the quantity available at the time of packing. Typical steak cuts available - sirloin, rib-eye, fillet and rump.
